Advanced Leadership Strategies – Part 2  – Navigating Through the F.I.R.E.S. of Leadership and Leading Through Change and Conflict .  In this part 2 advanced leadership module, we will have an in-depth discussion on best practices and strategies to be able to keep leading when the heat is on. This module also gives strategies, wisdom, and tools for leaders to lead their teams through uncertainty and times of constant change.  We will take a deep dive into Coach’s Lisa book “Navigating Through the F.I.R.E.S. of Leadership” where we will take time:

• Recognizing the 5 fire challengers  (Fear, Intimidation, Retaliation, Enemies, and Sabotage) that every leader will face and how to effectively navigate the situations that come with them.
• Reviewing the habits of effective leaders and implement strategies to minimize bad habits.
• Uncovering the pitfalls and landmines that effective leaders recognize and avoid. 
• Learning the secret weapon of Fortitude that distinguishes uncommon from mediocre leadership ability.
• Understand the change cycle and the mental and emotional toll it can take on those around the leader.
• Recognize where people are being resistance and help move them through the cycle of change.
• Learn how to have difficult discussions and crucial conversations when necessary.
• Recognize that conflict is unavoidable and learn how to use it for greater productivity.
• Develop our communication skill to be able to get people on board with changes faster by answering the right questions.
