The Principles, Strategies, & Wisdom of Leadership  . This module sets the foundation by understanding the basics and the need for effective leadership especially during time of crisis. This module is the pre-requisite and foundation for the rest of the modules and must be completed first. During pre-requisite module we will lay a solid development foundation by:

• Examining No-Nonsense Wisdom Truths and Principles of leading effectively in tough times.
• Discovering how to make the mindset shift to effective leadership by knowing the differences between the science of management and the art of leadership.
• Discovering 7 types of leaders and recognizing the power of the informal leader.
• Walking through the 4 stages of leadership development that you must develop through in order to become a well-rounded influencer of others and get buy in on your team.
• Learning the six types of power available to a leader and how not to abuse that power.
• Understanding the differences between Character vs Reputation in Leadership.
• Knowing the purposes of personal and professional relationships in the workplace
• Reviewing each participant’s Leadership Behavioral Assessment which will help participants 1. Understand their behavioral preferences as a leader, 2.  Recognize their Do’s and Don’ts concerning communication and interactions,  3. Recognize areas of conflict and how others may see them when the pressure is on.
