Selina Hightower is the Administrative Manager of No-Nonsense Training Solutions, Inc. She is responsible for on-site classroom management, logistics and administrative duties.
In June 2022, after 24 years of service, Selina retired from the Hollywood (FL) Police Department as a Police Lieutenant.

During her years of service, Selina was assigned to the Patrol Division, Criminal Investigation Division, Special Operations Division, Street Crimes Unit, Vice, Intelligence, and Narcotics Unit and the Public Affairs and Youth Services Unit.

Selina has a passion for serving and giving back to her community. She lives by the saying “to whom much is given, much is required”. Selina spends much of her time volunteering for Make-A-Wish Foundation Southern Florida, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Broward County, Aged with Dignity Senior Program and Precision Girls Mentoring Program.

Selina is the Co-Founder of Divas Do, a social and travel group consisting of women who are professional, educated, and passionate about being of service and giving back to their respective communities. They share a great love of traveling and experiencing new things and ventures. Divas Do also focuses on self-care, mental wellness and “inspiring women to live fearlessly”.

Selina joined the No-Nonsense Training Solutions team in August of 2022.
