Leadership Assessment Review

Leadership Assessment Review:  This module can only be completed once the participant has completed Modules, 1-4.   We understand that success in any job depends on the value of your contribution to the organization. In this module we will delve into the Science of Self ™  by reviewing four (4) state-of-the-art assessments to build a powerful leadership composite of each attendee.  We will then build a development action plan for each attendee  that will make them uncommon and successful to be successful in their leadership role.

During this intensive assessment debrief and review module we will:

• Review a Behavioral Assessment which will reveal “HOW” we do what we do
• Review a Driving Forces Assessment which reveals “WHY” we do what we do.
• Review and debrief an Emotional Intelligence Assessment, which will reveal our level of Emotional Intelligence and ways to increase our EQ.
• Review and discuss our DNA – Developed Natural Abilities or Skills assessment.  This assessment will review 25 skill sets and group the attendees’ skills into 4 quadrants of development which are 1):  Well-Developed,  2) Developed, 3) Moderately Developed, 4) Needs Development.
