TARGET AUDIENCE: ALL SUPERVISORS AND MANAGERS, SWORN AND NON-SWORN
This No-Nonsense 24-hour Leadership Boot Camp Academy is designed to help those that are in positions of leadership within public safety to hit the ground running. It will provide No-Nonsense strategies of leadership to help develop and hone the skills they need to be effective in their roles. This training will also impart high-level leadership insight and techniques for the more seasoned leaders. The uncommon leadership wisdom that will be shared in this course, will serve to significantly increase each participant’s overall productivity with their teams, their peers, and with others that they interact with on a daily basis.
BELOW IS A BREAKDOWN OF WHAT WILL BE COVERED DURING THIS 24-HOUR ENGAGING LEADERSHIP SESSION:
- DAY 1: For the opening day of the training, we will discuss No-Nonsense strategies, basics and wisdom truths of leadership that set the course for leaders to be effective.
- DAY 2: During this portion of the training we will discuss how effective leaders make decisions, delegate authority effectively, and communicate to get things done. We will also review our leadership behavioral assessments to see “HOW” we do what we do as a leader.
- DAY 3: On day three we will delve deeper and discuss how effective leaders manage conflict for right outcomes. We will review our Driving Forces assessments to learn “WHY” we do what we do as leaders.
PREWORK REQUIREMENT: Attendee must complete a two-part on-line leadership assessment PRIOR to the class. We will debrief the assessment during class. This assessment is a mandatory part of attending the class for development.

Date to cancel and receive the registration fee less $50.00 processing fee is June 23, 2026. If the original registrant has already completed the assessment, then a credit will be given and will be honored for 1 year to attend the same or similar class.
